This software keeps crashing on me over and over. I’ll open it, try to get something done, and then it crashes again. It’s really frustrating because it just keeps happening, and I feel like I’m spending more time restarting it than actually using it.

Got it set up without much trouble, and overall it works well with Ableton. The mapping took a bit longer than I expected... but once I got things dialed in, it felt smooth to use...

I waited days just to hear back from support and when they finally replied it didn’t really feel like they understood the issue or gave me anything useful to work with, so I was frustrated because I kept checking for updates and hoping someone would actually help, but it mostly felt like I was just stuck waiting around.

The app does what it’s supposed to most of the time, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, finding certain things isn’t always as straightforward as it should be. Some parts feel a little slow, and a few screens are more cluttered than they need to be. I like the overall idea, but a cleaner layout and smoother navigation would make a big difference. It’s not a bad app, just needs some common-sense improvements.

The lessons are actually good and easy to follow, so credit where it’s due. A few sections felt a little too short, like they were in a hurry to be done, but overall it did help me get started quickly.

Ive had this for years now and its still holding up really well. No complaints, its been solid the whole time.

I really do like my ROLI gear overall, but dealing with firmware updates has been kind of frustrating. Sometimes everything goes through just fine, and other times it hangs or I end up restarting the device and the app a few times before it finally works. I also felt a bit passed around trying to figure out what to do, bouncing between support pages and troubleshooting steps. The help articles did get me part of the way there, so it’s not a total dealbreaker, but I wish the whole process felt more reliable. Giving it 3 stars for now.

I’m still not thrilled about how long the shipping took, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, which was frustrating. That said, I guess it eventually made it here, so I can’t complain too much.

I looked around at a bunch of other music gear, and the prices here felt fair. I ended up grabbing my roli kit on sale, and so far it’s been totally worth it. No regrets at all.

I do like using it for quick sketches and tossing ideas around, but sometimes the setup feels way slower than it should. Like, I’m not saying there’s a secret committee designing extra steps just to mess with my flow… but it definitely feels suspicious when I’m ready to draw and I’m still clicking around getting everything ready.

I really like how easily it fits in my bag, and it still looks nice when you pull it out. It’s simple, cool-looking, and just convenient to carry around.

Looks great. But the keys started feeling loose after a few weeks. Not awful. Just doesn’t feel as solid as it should for the price

It works fine on my phone, but I was annoyed to find out it’s not compatible with my tablet. That wasn’t made very clear upfront, and the phone support situation was kind of weird too. A little clearer communication would’ve saved me some hassle.

I got this mostly just to mess around with at home, but the sound kind of got me right away. I don’t know how to explain it exactly, it just feels really nice and full. The keys are good too, but the sound is what really stands out. It’s warm and clean, not cheap or thin like I was expecting. I’m really happy with it.

I really wanted to like my Roli setup, and the idea behind it is cool. But once I started using it more, the surface just felt kind of weird to me, like not as natural as I expected, especially during longer playing sessions.
The responsiveness is a bit all over the place too. Sometimes the notes come through fine, but other times it feels delayed or uneven, especially when I’m playing softer parts. It literally makes it hard to relax and just play.
Maybe it’s better for certain styles or for people who like that kind of feel, but for basic everyday playing, I found it frustrating. Nice concept overall, just not something I’d want to use daily

I’ve been enjoying my Roli gear overall. It’s fun to mess around with, feels good to use, and most of the time it works the way I need it to. Setup was painless too, which I appreciated.
The one thing that keeps bothering me is the battery life. It runs down faster than I expected, so I end up charging it more often than I’d like. That’s especially annoying when I’m in the middle of playing or trying out ideas, and it feels like an avoidable issue.
It’s not a bad device at all, but for the price I really expected the battery to be better. I still like using it, but the charging situation knocks it down a bit for me. Three stars feels about right.

When I reached out about it, I kind of felt like just another ticket number instead of an actual person with a problem. Overall, it’s usable, but not as smooth as I hoped.

Getting started was really quick, and, i had everything up and running in just a few minutes, with no headaches at all

I picked up a Roli setup mainly because I wanted to mess around with the MPE features, and yeah, it really does feel great. The slides, pressure, tiny bends and all that respond in a way that makes playing feel a lot more expressive, like the instrument is actually reacting to what you’re doing.

It definitely took me a little while to get comfortable with it, not gonna lie. But now that I’m used to it, regular keys feel kind of stiff and flat by comparison. Overall, I’m really happy with it
